About me

I majored in User Experience Design and graduated in 2020 from the Hague University of Applied Sciences. But enough of that boring stuff. I know why you are here….

I have over 3 years of experience designing and building websites. I am an advocate of lean UX and have invested my time over the last 5 years in acquiring a wide variety of skills in Front-End Development, Digital Marketing and UI Design. This is one of Aruba’s first Job and professional community platform. This beautiful project aimed to address one of the most challenging problems of the island: Brain Drain. This website for an Orthomolecular Epigenetic Therapist & Health coach needed to match the holistic and empathic energy of his founder. It needed to communicate clearly and in a personal way how their services could help those who are suffering from chronic illness and provide them with some hope that help is just one click away.

Jam studios Amsterdam

CORPORATE IDENTITY, UI DESIGN & WEB DEVELOPMENT
This Studio Rental & Event Venue in Amsterdam needed a website to match their vibe. A home-like feeling, a fun and creative place where you can rock and have a good time with your friends and band members! Their branding needed a complete overhaul which is why the interviews took place at their venue which allowed the creative juices to flow instantly.

Let me explain

Here is why I consider myself to be a Jack-of-all trades and a master at being one.

While still in university I had the opportunity to found a start up which for 2 years offered Social Media Marketing services. This is where I learned the most about Facebook ads, content creation and Social media marketing.

As the agency grew we noticed how important a website was for any marketing effort to work so we started optimizing websites using SEO & SEA.

Right before graduating we decided to pivot as a start up and we started offering Web Design & Development services which was more related to my studies and closer to my passion for creativity.

During this period I mastered tools such as Elementor and Divi. Because of custom design work, I became proficient in the use of Adobe XD and Front-end development.
